Freedom: Free to Die – Aug 13, 2023

This Sunday will see us conclude our journey through the book of Galatians. In the service, we will be learning that it is the Cross of Christ that grants us the ultimate freedom: dying to ourselves and living for Him. Because, in surrendering to the cross, we find liberation from the shackles of ambition, pride, and worldly desire; and through dying to our own will, we find true life in Christ’s love and purpose. As Galatians 6:14 says, “But may I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.”
