As we look towards Sunday, let us be reminded of Hosea 6:6, which says, “For I desire mercy, not sacrifice, and acknowledgment of God rather than burnt offerings.” In this new year, let us continue to prioritize compassion over convenience, understanding over judgment, and togetherness over isolation.
