Welcome to Spectrum Youth!
UPDATE – As of Thursday 8th October
It’s a new season in more ways than one! Here’s what’s on in OCTOBER!

FRIDAYS 9th OCTOBER onwards from 5pm – 9pm – Spectrum at church – Fun, fellowship and devotional.
We launch our new discussion series, “What’s Your Source?” from now until Easter.
“What’s Your Source (or Sauce, if you’re an Aussie like me!)?”
Seeking truth, wisdom and discernment amongst the noise and toxicity of Social Media, mainstream media, peers, through conversation and observation.
How do we cope and where do we turn to when we are overwhelmed and simply need space and time to reconnect, refresh and refocus on who we are and what our purpose is.
-
SUNDAY 11th OCTOBER – Meeting in person during the 9:30am and 11:30am services
We continue our discussion series from now until Easter – The Power of Prayer and The Power of Faith
-
SUNDAY 11th OCTOBER – CONFIRMATION CLASSES Begin!

STILL TO COME…
The Mentor Effect (all church participation event/activity) AND Super/Soup-er Saturdays (Seniors and Young Adults Fellowship)
SPECTRUM IS a community of secondary school and college/university students from a variety of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Our volunteers are God-fearing, faithful, compassionate, self-aware professionals, also from different walks of life, who help navigate our youth to seek Gods’ purpose for their lives.
Together, we learn about:
- Why the Bible is still relevant today
- What it says about the different situations we go through
- How to follow Jesus’ example and share what we’ve learned with our family, friends at school, online, on the field, court or in the pool.
MISSION
To create a safe and creative space where youth can connect together through friendship, fun, fellowship, faith (formation) and food whilst experiencing God’s love and relevance in their lives.
VISION
To encourage the youth of Community Church Hong Kong to develop a relationship with the God of love to give them the confidence to face life with hope.

Let’s continue to remain connected to each other and our Lord, who sits sovereign and mighty on the throne. Praying with you and for you.

RESOURCES & ENCOURAGEMENT DURING PANDEMICS & PROTESTS
Pray that I may proclaim it as clearly as I should. Be wise in the way you act towards outsiders; make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.
