Welcome to Spectrum Youth!

Spectrum Youth are now meeting frequently and in person in small groups as well as online. Please contact Grace for more information.

SPECTRUM is a community of secondary school students from a variety of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Our volunteers are God-fearing, faithful, compassionate, self-aware professionals, also from different walks of life, who help navigate our youth to seek Gods’ purpose for their lives.

Together, we learn about:

  • Why the Bible is still relevant today
  • What it says about the different situations we go through
  • How to follow Jesus’ example and share what we’ve learned with our family, friends at school, online, on the field, court or in the pool.

To create a safe and creative space where youth can connect together through friendship, fun, fellowship, faith (formation) and food whilst experiencing God’s love and relevance in their lives.

To encourage the youth of Community Church Hong Kong to develop a relationship with the God of love to give them the confidence to face life with hope.

Youth Leaders Wanted! If you have a heart to serve and mentor young people in line with our Mission and Vision statements, then Grace would love to hear from you!

IT’S OUTREACH OCTOBER! Please read below for what we’ll be discussing and doing!

Every Friday in October, we will be focusing on outreach! We will have special guests sharing stories about how and why they serve with our Ministry Partners as well as highlight each of our own outreach ministries.
On Sundays we take a deep dive into the greatest stories ever told with the Book of Mark helping us along! Jesus has given us countless examples of how to live lives pleasing to Him and beneficial to us as well as those around us.

How does God work in these situations? How is it relevant to our young people? More than you might think! We are looking forward to an in-depth time of sharing, listening, understanding and connecting with God and His people as we journey together through life’s ups and downs.

A new Life Group (LG) called Young Professionals (aged 20-40) is meeting on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7:30pm–9:30pm at church in the Youth Room.
We give our YAs the option to attend either evening because life (and work!) happens.
We are currently going through Emotionally Healthy Relationships.

YOUNG ADULTS – Save the Date – OCT 28 (THU) at 7pm at the IFC Rooftop (public space next to Shake Shack)

Thirsty Thursdays! Because at some point, we all thirst for community and fellowship. Join with other Young Adult Professionals (aged 20-40) as we share food, drinks and bring in the (almost) weekend!

Join us for lunch after church every Sunday from 1pm onwards. All are welcome!

Please let GG know if you’re interested in joining.

Pray that I may proclaim it as clearly as I should. Be wise in the way you act towards outsiders; make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.
