“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord…”
Colossians 3:23
The workplace is where we spend most of our waking hours, yet it is often where we feel least equipped to truly live the gospel message. The vision of the Faith & Work Ministry at Community Church is to equip and encourage Christians to live out our Christian calling at work–so that we can be part of “making disciples of all nations” and the transformation of society within our workplaces.
To fulfill this vision we offer a variety of courses interspersed with prayer gatherings. Courses we have offered in the past include “God at Work”, “Lead like Jesus”, “Everyone Communicates, but few Connect” and most recently “Decisive”. Our courses and prayer gatherings are open to all, and usually have a strong ecumenical mix.

Pearl Fellowship
The Pearl Fellowship is a nine-month study of discovering the meaningful integration of faith and work. The theological, spiritual and relational foundations necessary for meaningful and sustainable integration of faith and work will be explored with a small co-hort of twelve people, through daily devotions, weekly meetings, a few Saturday gatherings and three retreats. Along with creating a network of like-minded Christians, and sharing of real-life experiences in Hong Kong, three projects will translate the theology into life-long practices that will increase your journey in faith and journey to transform your workplace.
The Pearl Fellowship will run late August/early September 2016 to May 2017. Applications are now being accepted, until
